The section of the manual that talks about replying doesn't describe
the include option. It doesn't say that you are given the option to
include the original message either. This made it hard for me to find
the include option.
Mutt will then enter the _c_o_m_p_o_s_e menu and prompt you for
the
recipients to place on the ``To:'' header field. Next, it will ask
you for the ``Subject:'' field for the message, providing a default if
you are replying to or forwarding a message. See also ``$askcc'',
``$askbcc'', ``$autoedit'', ``$include'' and ``$fast_reply'' for
changing
how Mutt asks these questions.
